Cytoplan - 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is a naturally-occurring amino acid which supports the body’s production of serotonin; an important chemical messenger that helps to relay messages from one area of the brain to another. Serotonin is often referred to as the “feel good” hormone.

5-HTP Plus contains 5-HTP, alongside magnesium and vitamin B6 which are necessary for the conversion of 5-HTP to serotonin, as well as normal nervous system function.
